Hi all
I'm a beginning flower farmer, not actually marketing until next year - this year is all about putting in perennials, building my infastructure etc.
I'm curious what other folks out there - (especially in hot areas of the country - it's gets to be 110 in the summer here in California) - do to keep their flowers cool and fresh between cutting, making bouquets, and selling at farmers markets. Any ideas for a simple, low cost cooling system out there? what sort of structures - trailers, sheds etc. have people come up with? what have folks tried that hasn't worked?
thanks for your input,
Tanya Cervinka
