Doesn't sound like it. I think he's going at it as a restauranteur trying to lower his costs by acquiring his own produce as opposed to a farmer trying to raise his margins by creating a finished product. Some of the comments seemed like he was a little confused, and others just plain confused me. It may just be the article. --pete |
