Well, there you are! We finally made Eldorado last week. It's bigger this
year, good sign for our selling. We've made three markets last week, had too
much harvested and so we started Corrales on Sunday morning - 53 sellers
there. The Giant Marconis and Delicatas drew attention. Odd that tomatoes
aren't the big seller so far but the sample plate is helping with that. May
have to keep up all three markets a while. We just had our second huge
thunderstorm of the year but I had to get back out in the garden anyway, to
harvest tomatoes, beans, peppers, oregano, & snow peas to have time for more
picking and loading the van tomorrow morning for Cedar Crest.

Barb's better now, still on that annoying oxygen thing but cooking again.
Just had some garden goodies, Romano pole beans, shallots, golden beets and
their greens, all cooked with olive oil and a dash of balsamic. Happy days
here again. Barb says hi to Dorothe (sp?). We'll keep an eye out.

Oh, and I like your soil test ...
