This isn't funny, but it gave me a chuckle anyway. When I first saw the subject line, I thought it said "Ham, Ham on the Range," and I couldn't figure out where the link in the story was to the "ham." But what made me laugh was that yesterday, when I went to the farm where I get raw milk, eggs from pastured chickens and other fresh foods, I could have sworn I heard a pig snuffling and snorting loudly. I figured it had to be some piece of machinery making an odd noise, and just ignored it. But as I was getting into the car, there came the hind end of a large hog backing out from a clump of bushes. I'm not sure whether it had gotten out of its pen, or just had the freedom of the property, but it was funny anyway.
