It's Easy Being Green, celebrities interviewed on the Fine Living Channel,
first aired Mar 30,31.

They included RFK Jr., Paul Newman, Darrel Hannah, Helen Hunt, Willie Nelson,
Alice Cooper.

They featured Newman's organic restaurant including a weekly farmers market
on the property.

It's also easy to dismiss them for being shallow, like Cooper's recycled golf
balls with 300 golf courses in Arizona hogging scarce water resources. And
lowering our consumption to sustainable levels is going to be anything but
easy. But IMHO they're also beginning to make "green" things trendy. So it
becomes uncool to waste energy and to eat supermarket garbage and so forth.
One can hope.
