Principal Minerals & Plants that are rich in them

CALCIUM:  chamomile, chicory, cleavers, coltsfoot, dandelion, horsetail, meadowsweet, mistletoe, mustard, pimpernel, plantain, rest-harrow, sheperd's purse, silverweed, sorrel, toadflax, watercress and willow.
THIS MINERAL  builds and maintains bones, teeth and nails. Gives vitality, promotes healing of wounds, reduces acidity, prevents food assimilation, safeguards health of the embryo.

CHLORINE:  All herb contain chlorine in the form of sodium chloride. All grasses, nettles and comfrey are especially rich; as are blackberries and raspberries.
THIS MINERAL  maintains suppleness of joints and tendons. Removes toxic elements from the organism, prevents over-formulation of fatty tissues. Promotes health of teeth and hair.

COPPER:  burdock, chickweed, chicory, cleavers (goosegrass), dandelion, garlic, hedge garlic (sauce-alone), horseardish (container plant), house leek, sea-holly, sorrel and yarrow.
THIS MINERAL  aids in the organs of digeston, tones the nerves, clears the septic conditions of the tissues, strengthens and brightens hair.

THIS MINERAL  acts as a purifier and tonic for the entire system, especially the blood. Maintains health of skin and hair, strengthens the glandualr system and promotes flow of the bile. Keeps the liver healthy.

WOOD ASH:  the ashes of wood - charcoal - are a well known cleanser of the human and animal body. Charcoal is highly absorbentand will take into itself many impurities. Then being also laxative, it will pass these impurities out of the system. Likewise worms and worm ova are also removed to some extent by charcoal. Wild animals know the benefits of eating charcoal and when they scent wood-smoke, they will come in herds to eat the resultant charcoal. Bees also use charcoal quite extensively.

Charcoal is made very simply by burning dry (clean) tree branches, slowly in deep pits. Slow burning is essential for charcoal making. Check fast burning by damping it down with with water-soaked embers. Wood ash (or charcoal - if the burning is slow enough) is then scooped up and mixed into bran. For smaller animals such as dogs, sheep and goats, IF they will not take charcoal in it's natural state, give it to them mixed with milk. Average dose: ONE  dessertspoon of charcoal daily. Wood ash and charcoal are of equal value.
