Post Oil Solutions Announces The Gardener's Year:
Planning the Garden Workshop

Post Oil Solutions (POS) begins its 2008 series of "(Re)learning to Feed
Ourselves" food workshops with The Gardener's Year: Planning the Garden,
presented by master gardener, Robert King.

This workshop will be held on Sunday, December 9, 2007, from 1:30-4:30 PM,
in the Brattleboro Savings and Loan Community Room, Main Street,
Brattleboro.

In keeping with the perspective of POS that skillful gardening and the
production of a sustainable diet is a 12 month proposition, it is
appropriate that our first workshop in the 2008 series should be held at
the close of 2007. Robert King not only shares this outlook, he has been
actively practicing it for 40 years. His workshop will will be an
expression of this experience, as he will reflect upon the season that is
ending, and talk about planning for the one that is beginning. Robert has a
strong interest in sustainable agriculture, as found in Rudolf Steiner's
Bio-Dynamic scientific/organic methods, and in low-tech appropriate
technology.

This workshop, itself, will run from 1:30-3:30 with the remaining hour
devoted to those who would like to sit with Robert and discuss their own
gardens with him.

The cost of the workshop is $5, and pre-registration is required (802 869
2141).
