Right now myself and 2 others are in the process of helping another grower get her certification in this program.  It is much more user friendly than the USDA program. 
The farm we are doing is over 88 arcres and it has been wonderful to see how they are reclaiming dead fields with cover crops.  She had a photo that was taken from the air, and you could see white areas where tobacco had been grown for years!
Now the fields are lush with barley and crimson clover!  It will be mowed and left on the ground for mulch and they are mowing when the seeds are ripe so it will self sow next year.  It will take about three years to make the soil useful.
