Hello,

I worked with bottled juice, and started it 1/17/2003 and bottled on
2/10/2003.

I found "organic" juice in the health food section that had no added sugar or
preservatives. (K. W. Knudsen I think).

I adjusted the SG, added acid blend, and let it work. When there was no more
sugar I bottled it. Very dry.
