Use Keepass to maintain a password database. Free and works.

Hi Folks,
Thanks much to all of you for the information!
I'm going to try Trucrypt first, installing it on a machine at home and
using a few of my own flash drives as a pilot.
If it does not force password registration, I'm going to create a policy
to try to ensure that we have everyone's current password. It would be
a nightmare to have a situation where a user was locked out of their
flash drive and there was no way to access their data.
