It really dismays me the degree to which the General Assembly is /owned/ these days. There has to be a better way.

Faison's H1840 would've extended the existence of e-NC, an agency to promote rural broadband connectivity:

So Hoyle is playing hardball and effectively holding Faison's bill hostage. Just when you thought this couldn't get any stranger.
