I use Mozy. Their MozyHome service is reasonably priced and allows for
unlimited backup (http://www.mozy.com).

That said, I gave up on using them, or any, online service for backups
beyond 20 GB. Getting that initial back up in place takes forever at
Internet speed. So, I back up important documents and so on via Mozy,
and use rotating portable hard drives to stored at remote location for
my digital photo archive.
