All,
I have another Wake County school in need of a Web developer.
This is a special circumstance. The school in question, East Wake High
School (http://ewhs.wcpss.net/) is actually 4 schools in one. Their
current site was being built by a person who is no longer with the
school, and they can't maintain it as is. They would like someone to
come in and redo their site so that they can actually maintain the
content.
Given their circumstances they might be a good candidate for a CMS of
some sort. The server hosting their site does have PHP, perl and MySQL
on it.
They do have a budget for this. That said, this is a tough year for
education in NC, so they don't have a huge budget for this.
People interested in working with East Wake High should contact A.
Craig Baker (Principal, School of Health Science) at
acbaker AT wcpss.net to discuss EWHS's needs and budget.
