okay, this is a very diverse group. i think that we're all okay with that. and, i'm a technologist who is hoping that not everyone in this group is. here's why:
a friend of mine who is a mortgage broker just lost his job. decades of experience and a degree in real estate finance (or something like that) and he's on the street. his wife doesn't even know, yet.
does anyone have any contacts in a mortgage company in this area (cary, raleigh) that is hiring or that might be looking for someone with experience to bring into their organization?
and, no, this really is not me that i'm pitching this for. it really is for a friend.
