I've tried it out and it's pretty good. It was a while ago (early
beta) but from what I remember is that it let you work in a GTD
fashion if you wanted to but didn't force you into that mold if you
weren't comfortable doing it. If I remember correctly it seemed a bit
pricey.

As an alternative, I like Omnifocus. I'm using both the mac version
and the iPod Touch version and have them syncing to a webdav server I
control. It works pretty well. Omnifocus, as I see it, is a bit
closer to the GTD paradigm, but again you can use it outside of that
if you want to.
