Rule #1: No matter how big you make it, it won't be big enough.
You didn't say what type of activities you were planning to do in
the workspace part. The properties of the building would depend on
your tasks. Are you looking for space to have a general workbench
or are you planning some type of craft stuff or starting a major
hobby? Whatever, I am envious of your new space.
