You call that a rebuttal... I think the original article beat him to it...

"We were only following orders" has historically worked rather poorly as
an excuse, and it doesn't work too well here either.

He really didn't rebutt any of the problems merrely tried to misplace the
blame. And as far as SPIDF and HDMI I think the 1st article got that part
correct.
