<p>As a Web Developer you will
be responsible for XHTML/CSS templating, systems design, programming
implementation, systems integration, and long-term maintenance and
extension for complex database-driven Web applications. </p>
<h2>Key
Duties and Responsibilities</h2>
<ol>
<li>Lead and/or participate
in requirements definition, feasibility consulting, solution analysis,
system architecture and design, formal specification, project scope,
execution, and documentation.</li>
<li>Develop quality solutions
for problems of diverse scope. </li>
<li>Implement designs using
standards-compliant markup (XHTML and CSS) and tableless and <a
href="/publications/progressive_enhancement_paving_way_for_future.html">progressive
enhancement </a>markup strategies. </li>
<li>Maintain, extend, and
troubleshoot existing systems. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair
bugs and problems. </li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients,
fellow team members, and project managers.</li>
<li>Assess new
standards, technologies and trends, and formulate strategies and plans
for future Web site and application enhancements. </li>
<li>Continually learn, mentor, and grow.</li>
<li>Perform
miscellaneous position-related duties as assigned. </li>
