Well, there's SCplugin ( http://scplugin.tigris.org/ ) but it appears
to be dead. :-(
Looking at the subversion repository, though, there seems to be some activity
and if I read it correctly, the guy doing it is C. Michael Pilato (one
of the core
subversion developers) who lives in Charlotte and is subscribed to the CharLUG
e-mail list (http://www.charlug.org/).
