This has been driving me nuts. Normally I only send text-only mail to customer opt-in mailing lists, but we've got a big new product announcement, with lots of details requiring tables, and so I gave HTML mail a try.Not that it should be a requirement, but did you try embedding your images into the email?
The only problem is the HTML message I format on OSX only looks right on each and every single mail program in the world *except* for Outlook. Its not a Windows/OSX problem since the mail looks perfect in other mail programs on Windows. (Its got a separately-written text- only section for people who don't want HTML in their email.)
The specific problem is the images don't show up. (Yes, the installation can view other HTML mail with images.) I've been Googling half the morning but haven't found anything.
