Upstream bandwidth of 384kps should be sufficient for an office with 5 phones, assuming up to four are being used at a time (SIP channels require ~80kps each). Some QoS will definitely help keep the voice packets from competing with uploads.

You tune it for your bandwidth speeds and it does the rest.
