Does anyone here have the Speakeasy OneLink DSL line installed? How is it?

I had Speakeasy's SDSL to my home for about 3 years. It was good for the most part and I was pleased until I had an outage which they tried to blame on my router and ended up being a miconfiguration in their DSLAM. After five days of downtime I got a dedicated server in a colo and switched to TWC for home. They have seemed to have gone downhill at the end and really didn't seem to care. My $.05
