<b> Position Overview: </b>

<li> NeoNova provides ISP services such as web hosting,
email, authentication, etc., and is exploring new markets to continue
the growth of the company. The Operations team manages the systems and
networks that make up the production services provided to our
Affiliates and is responsible for our 24/7 data center and remote
locations. The team's primary mission is to maintain and exceed the
SLA. The team also takes part in projects under development inside the
company such as VoIP and other next generation service offerings.

<b> Responsibilities: </b>

<ul>

<li> Maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) </li>

<li> Plan for future growth and improvements </li>

<li> Suggest improvements and changes to the existing
architecture </li>

<li> Back up and restore data </li>

<li> Work with customers to answer questions and solve problems
related to production services via both a ticket system and the phone
</li>

<li> Monitor systems and network for stability and performance
</li>

<li> Implement new systems, services and networks </li>

<li> Be a technical resource internal to the company </li>

<li> Document procedures </li>

<li> Early morning maintenance windows </li>

<li> Part of a pager rotation to provide after hours support.

<li> Be available to answer out-of-band requests. </li>

<li> Some travel may be required </li>
