Job Title: Account Manager
Job Description: The Account Manager is the liaison between the client
and development team. The Account Manager’s responsibilities are
two-fold, including business development and project management. The
Account Manager reports directly to the Executive Management
Group.

<h2> Duties and Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Business
Development</h3>
<ol>
<li>Prospect and qualify new customers,



initiating

and establishing new relationships from the
interest generation stage through to close.</li>
<li>Maintain and
expand existing relationships.</li>
<li>Lead and execute bidding
process from evaluation of RFP requirements to production of the final
documents for submission.</li>
<li>Coordinate all resources required
to close revenue opportunities.</li>

<li>Collaborate with
management to establish annual and quarterly objectives for the
expansion of relationships.</li>
<li>Assist management in divising
sales plans and strategies. </li>
<li>Develop sales & marketing
tools. </li>
<li>Cold calling and networking are
required.</li>
</ol>

<h3>Project management </h3>

<ol>

<li>Manage projects, including plan development, resource allocation
and management, configuration management, change management, issue
management, and risk management.</li>
<li>Provide management of
cross-disciplinary projects that include client- and server-side
technologies, database and systems integration, communications, and
visual design.</li>
<li>Facilitate communication between
cross-disciplinary teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate with user experience
consultants, visual designers, programmers, and developers to define
project budgets and schedules.</li>
<li>Assume ongoing
project-related client communication and presentations.</li>
