Airimba.com sets up no-cost wi-fi spots in venues, Fowler's in Durham
for example.
Not sure what their agreement with the host site is, but having used
the service I know that you have to pass through a 'gateway' page to
have access. No pop-ups of time outs within the span of a few hours
that I've noticed.
