I'd also be careful about cleaning carpets with any wet method in the summer
when it's humid. The last thing that you want to do is grow mold in your
carpets... Colleen

[JR>] southern building maintenance co., inc. does commercial. I dunno
about residential, though. I'd rent one of those machines from the grocery
store or lowes myself unless you've got a huge house. Don't plan on walking
on the carpet for a day or it will look worse than ever (trust me...i used
to be a janitor in a past life and grew up in the biz).
