Anyway here is what I was going to show you from a Speakeasy invoice for my
IDSL service:
Federal Regulatory Fees Orderid: 1326627 2.74
Service from 03/27/2004 to 04/27/2004

Regulatory Compliance Fee Orderid: 1326627 2.00
Service from 03/27/2004 to 04/27/2004
I have been paying these two types of fees for some time. One or the other
of these sound like what BellSouth is going to start charging you.
