It hasn't restarted yet in Durham (just looked out the window), but I
wouldn't be surprised if it will any minute now.

Yes, this has been a strange winter, with this weekly cycling of snow and
spring like weather. I have been calling it the "North Carolina Weather
Elevator," and even though I enjoy a good snowfall I'm ready for this to be
over with.
