You're right, that one was just plain 'ol vitriolic bile, not the sublimely outrageous vitriolic bile we've come to expect from Ann Coulter. I noticed this at the bottom of the page, though: http://www.thbookservice.com/BookPage.asp?prod_cd=c6230
I can understand why such a thing exists, but it looks a lot less durable (shock-proof, flame-repellent, etc) than I would expect.
