i have to agree with Shea. not only was this guy NOT under contract with this clinic to do security scanning (which would have made it okay), he went the extra mile by exposing private data. a big NO-NO. most likely, he is just trying to "make a name for himself" as a security guru, but it looks like he may be playing the trick in some local lockup.

all reports i had read /prior/ to this one gave no indication of "ethical hacking" and instead focused on his idiotic behavior. sounds like someone (and/or their lawyer) is clinging to straws...
