My sister just graduated and I've been trying to help her find her first job
- her degree is CIS but it was through the business school (?!?) so she has a
little experience in a number of disciplines.

I'm sure she would be interested to see what positions a company like IBM is
currently trying to fill, both contract and full-time. Should she hunt down
these specific staffing companies online or could she go through IBM or what?
I've never worked for a company with more than a handful of employees so I'm
not sure how to help her find work at companies with actual HR departments.

Where can I tell her to go to inquire about these positions?
