One thing that isn't clear to me is whether many tens of thousands
showed up, and the INS jailed those without visas or other evidence of
naturalization, or if this was a "sign this, and please stay in this
cell" sort of thing. Can you clarify?
If the former, it's hardly a case of concentration camps, is it?
