What are you trying to view it in? I can view it perfectly using
both Mozilla and Konqueror under Mandrake Linux 8.2. Yes, it was
created with powerpoint, but it was run on linux using Crossover
Office. :-)

Generally what is done is you ask the user to do some random things:
type on the keyboard, move the mouse, do a disk file search, download
a large file from the network. I've never used gpg on windows,
but I know on Linux it can get randomness from all that. I would
assume it would be similar under windows.
