I was hoping someone out there would have some advice on how to deal with
domain name squaters. As one might imagine, we'd love to have the domain name
webperformance.com instead of webperformanceinc.com. The domain name
webperformance.com was taken in Oct 1997, but has never been used since I
started looking at it in '99.
I've contacted the owner of webperformance.com twice, and he always says he's
planning on using it, but this has been going on for years and its still not
actually being used. I don't know what he intends for the the domain name,
but isn't there some rule somewhere that you actually have to do something
with a domain name to keep it?
Thanks,
