Are you serious?
Big corporations lobby D.C. so they can avoid paying taxes. Who was the
biggest lobbier, since recently? Exactly, Enron.
Now, name a big corporation that hasn't been paying taxes in recent history,
due to creative earnings accounting (money "payed" due to stock options and
overpriced software products), smart lobbying and making the USDoJ look like
a fool in its recent anti-trust trial.
