And Microsoft users wonder why non-Microsoft people bitch about there
products? This is a the prime example of why 99.99% of people don't deserve
to use a Microsoft IIS server... yes some people know how to use it but come
on... my servers error log has gone through the roof.. I'm getting sick of
it.

A quick check of my error logs shows a big jump in use. This lovely code red
variation is making about 13 requests at a time, and it often repeats. My
normal
error logs have been from 2-5k daily, today it's already at 100k.

Is this just because of lazy/ignorant IIS administrators?

Why doesn't someone write a *code patch* worm for this?
