Charles Schwab has an account strucuture where they will waive their fees
even if you don't trade a lot if your account balance is over a certain
amount. This starts at 12 trades a year, or $100,000 in all your schwab
portfolios.

Schwab doesn't have the best comission rates, but they do offer more
services than the online only brokers, and they were the first of the
discounters.
