I don't get this dissing of Liberals as government types offering free
handouts to folks who won't help themselves. Taking the expression
"Give someone a fish and you feed them one meal; teach someone to fish
and you feed them for a lifetime," Liberals are the ones who want to
teach people to fish. Or in this instance, to teach people to use and
program computers. Republicans are the ones who arrest folks for
fishing on private property and then offer them the choice of buying the
fish or starving. Or in this instance, blaming the poor for not
learning computer skills on their own.
