I can attest to the fact, based upon personal experience having
started and run an Internet business here for the last 4 years,
that this is a very dismal place for start-ups and entrepreneurs.
This article is gratifying for me as it validates some of my own
experiences here. I lived and worked in Silicon Valley in California
once so I have a means of comparison with this place.
