I'm pretty sure iserver.com allows cvs, and my old hosting provider
csoft.net did when I was there a year ago. There are probably lots of
of others out there. Depending on what you are going to do, TriLUG is
in the planning stages of setting up Gforge (www.gforge.org) a branch of
sourceforge, so they may be able to help also.
