How many grams of fiber per bar? I haven't seen a bar over 4 g..

I love the Metamucil fiber bars. I think they are tasty AND they are
portable (2 in a pouch) so I take them in the car with me for a "treat". My
kids think I'm crazy, but I'm in love with the things!
Did you know: that fiber helps with irritable bowel syndrom? It has made my
life much nicer :)

As you all know, I've been trying to get healthy now for a few years. I'm_______________________________________________
making progress, but it is slow.
I've been keeping a food journal for the last few months to monitor what I
eat, and a few months ago I realized that I don't get enough fiber. I was
only getting 15g or so a day instead of the 28-35g recommended. I've
increased my intake of veggies like broccoli and cauliflower-I love roasted
cauliflower-it's better than popcorn! Recently, I tried the Fiber One
cereal again and this time I liked it. I had tried it years ago, but that
was before I tried to get healthy and then I preferred different cereals.
Anyway, 1/2 cup of cereal provides 14g of fiber, and that's half a day's
allotment! I've started cooking with this cereal, too, using the cereal
as a breading for fish and chicken, as a filler in meatballs and meatloaf,
as a salad topper instead of croutons, and with sweet desserts like peach
cobbler. I just thought I would pass on this little 'tip' that I am such a
latecomer to learn.
I was wondering if anyone else does something unusual to increase the
amount of fiber in their diet.
