Here is a cheap tumbler, I posted on another site
They took a 55gal drum and drilled 2 holes in it, 1 top outside edge
right again the lip, the 2nd on the bottom opposite side from the
first.
Then they made a door between the two center ridges square, (couple
vent holes in the ends 2" round(they had put hardware
cloth over the vent holes to keep vermin out), with some hinges that
were laying around. Took a long piece of rebar, bent it 90 degree 3
foot in, then bent it 90 degree back again 2 foot in from the end.
They slipped a 20 inch piece of 1 inch black iron pipe over the 2
foot piece and hammered the stub over to keep it from slipping off.
They stuck the rebar through the barrel end to end, put it up on a
couple of X frames they made out of scrap lumber.
Drove 2 small pieces of rebar through the center of the drum at
right angles to the long one, and clamped them together with
heaterhose clamps (I told them to hit it with the welder)
Because of the offset design it mixes from end to end as well as in
a circle, you can roll the wheelbarrow under the door and empty it.
