I think there are already "enlightened" countries in Europe where every
calf must be licenced, vaccinated and inspected to the max. A vacuum up
the butt hole doesn't seem that far fetched. Maybe in an effort to
appear as though they're helping the environment, they can eliminate all
the little farmers who can't afford butt vacs.
