sophisticated animated designs)

How do you make skulls that talk, eyes that blink and
other mechanisms? This video shows you how to make
mechanical elements including jaw movements, eyebrows,
eyelids and eyeblinks. Covers basic tools and materials
and where to get them. Walks you step by step through many
devices you can make from things purchased at any hardware
store. Mr. Kalman demonstrates a talking ape head and
talking skull. This is very clever and simple animation
for make-up and puppetry. Not to be confused with
amusement park type animation. Doesn't cover mask-making
and skin attachments, which will be covered in future
videos.
