tvoivozhd---yup, it's a U.S. Holstein---part of Mad Dog Veneman's plan to destroy any possibility of exporting U.S. dairy animals or beef to Japan by prohibiting beef farmers from testing each animal as does Japan, and devising a teeny, tiny testing program at Veneman's behest that is guaranteed to hide the level of Mad Cow in U.S. herds.
