That is correct that the parent company went bankrupt. Stark Bros. nursery was in that fold, but an employee of Stark bought the company during bankruptcy proceedings and put it back in business, fortunately.  I'm not positive that Spring Hill was related or involved though.  It too may have been bought by someone legitimate. I believe that Spring Hill and Michigan Bulb were related companies and that the parent company was disolved or went through bankrupcy proceedings.  In the process a third company may have bought the assets and reconstituted some of the parts.  Hopefully someone on the list remembers the history and can fill us in.
