Potassium bicarbonate is also called carbonic acid. It can be an
irritant to respiratory system but less likely out in the fresh air. Also
used in fire extinguishers.
The chemical can be

GreenSense Potassium Bicarbonate, 1
lb.
A natural fungicide used to control black spot, powdery mildew, etc.
Mix 2 level tablespoons of potassium bicarbonate into a gallon of water to spray
an area of 460 square feet. For hose end sprayers: Set dial on 4 oz. Add 8
ounces of water and 2 tbs. of Potassium Bicarbonate. This will make 1 gallon of
spray. $9.90,I'm gonna check it out!!!!
