I respectifully disagree.
Rattail radish is a novelty. Though it is tasty, it isn't nearly as good
as sea kale. It grows in summer, when there are many more delicious
things to eat. Sea kale is harvested in April, when gardeners are just
itching to get into the garden. Rattail radish is an annual, while sea
kale is a perennial. And no one would put the radish in their flower
border, but sea kale is a standout there.
