I think that this may be considered when thinking about the temple and the
fig tree (Mk. 11:11 - 13:2). This section of Mark may contain midrash on
Leviticus 14:34-53. Where the "leporsy of the house" is treated by Mark as
parabolic of a disease of the temple and as the "cleaning" of the temple
did not cure the "leporsy" not one stone would be left upon the other
(Mark 13:2 and Leviticus 14:45).
