Go on!
Just some details. libTDS can convert to multibyte (like utf-8)
directly. This is disabled by ODBC so using ODBC
libTDS just store data from network. Also usually conversion function
just copy data if char_conv is NULL.
There should be some conversion function in src/odbc directory to deal
with data conversion (I think metadata
like column names are all converted in all cases... I hope you don't
need these unconverted).
